Volunteers wanted
The following are some roles the Electric Picture House would like to offer to potential volunteers.

Installation / Hanging Helper:
Assisting with the installation of exhibitions at the Electric Picture House, hanging and preparing work.

No specific experience required.
Time: Flexible Hours

Web Content / Social Media Admin:
Producing content to be added onto website, requires at least basic html skills. Adding content such as photos of artists work, new event information, blogging on our news page and any other content that adds value to the website and social media. Good way to gain some experience and knowledge of the web, Training and guidance will be provided on the use of wordpress etc.
Time: 2 – 6 Hours per week

Marketing / Design:
Responsible for helping to create flyers, posters and leaflets as well some of the promotion of exhibitions at the Picture House, dealing with mailing list. Design volunteers required having a background in some sort of design, experience of working in a design environment or a portfolio of existing design work.
Time: 2 – 6 Hours per week

Archivist / Digital Producer
Help record our various events through photography / video / media, also assist web content admin with blog , news etc. Look at streamlining existing website content, adding to it. Archiving / backing up existing photos and files on an on-going basis.
Time: 2 – 6 Hours per week
