Electric Open Art Exhibition 2017
Saturday 21st October - Saturday 18th November
(Monday to Saturday 10 - 4pm)
Artists from the UK and worldwide are invited to submit up to five contemporary original artworks for selection for the Electric Open 2017. Artworks can be painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, collage, mixed media, drawing, ceramics, glass and textiles.

Please put ELECTRIC OPEN SUBMISSION in the subject box of your email. They must be high quality, well lit jpgs (max 1MB in size). The file name must be the artist's name and title of the work.
Please include the following in your email:
Name, phone number, address, titles, price, medium and dimensions (in cm) of work.
All work must be for sale, please include your Retail Price from which EPH will deduct 20% commission on any sales.
Online entry is FREE. For selected artists there will be an exhibition fee of £5 per selected work (to be paid on delivery of work or via Paypal on our website).
Deadline for submission of entries is Tuesday 10th October.
Selected works to be delivered between Thursday 12th and Monday 16th October between 10 - 4pm. (CLOSED Sunday)
All work must be clearly labelled on the back with the artists name and title of work.
Work must arrive ready to hang with frames, hooks or strings where appropriate. Work that is not ready to hang will not be exhibited, eg. unframed sheets of paper. Sculptures must weigh no more than is safe for two people to lift - 50kg.
Work submitted by UK based artists must be collected in person or by an appointed person. Work submitted from
outside of the UK: EPH will notify the artist of the cost of
returning the work and will do so once payment has been received via Paypal.
All works must be collected by Saturday 16th December.
For work not collected by this date EPH will sell or otherwise dispose of such works and devote the proceeds of such sale or other disposition as it thinks fit in its absolute discretion.
Insurance against loss or damage to the work during transit and for the duration of the show is at the discretion of the artist and is the artist’s responsibility. The utmost care will be taken of all works sent in for exhibition, however neither EPH or it’s members will be responsible for any loss or damage whilst the works are in their possession.
The gallery may use images of work for press, marketing, publicity, and archiving purposes.
